Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Brass Gallery. All of our brass faucets, sinks, lighting, and accessories are handcrafted by artisans in Marrakesh, Morocco. Below you will find details about our shipping process, delivery times, and international handling.

1. Processing Time

Because each piece is handmade, processing times vary based on the product:

  • In-stock items: ship within 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order or custom items: require 10–21 business days for production before shipping.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide directly from our workshop in Marrakesh, Morocco.

Delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • Morocco: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Middle East: 6–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Large or heavy items such as sinks and lighting fixtures may incur additional freight costs.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing times may cause additional delays beyond our control.

6. Shipping Damage

We carefully package every item, especially delicate brass pieces. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: contact@brassgallery.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a shipment is delayed or lost by the carrier, we will help open an investigation. Brass Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Carrier delays due to weather or logistical issues

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your address carefully during checkout. Brass Gallery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
